The  Garver  Mojonnier  M  series  centrifuges  will perform  the  acid hydrolysis fat test. The M series centrifuge runs at 600 RPMs, which produces 100 Gs. The Mojonnier centrifuge is made of cast aluminum with a brush satin finish and comes equipped with rotor head and baskets. The centrifuge is supplied with an isolated manual brake and rubber feet to dampen vibration caused by unbalanced flasks. The sealed motor switch is explosion proof for safety and is external for wall or bench mount. This centrifuge is specially manufactured for the Mojonnier  test  with  run  times  of  30-45  seconds.  Runs  times  of  5 minutes or longer can cause motor damage.
