Is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for PCR product analysis. It enables nucleic acid detection by immobilizing and colorizing FITC/Biotin (FAM/Biotin) or DIG/Biotin labeled PCR products with anti-DIG or anti-FITC (FAM) antibodies.
